I used Sky go with windows 7 application and Sky changed some things in the process and with windows 10 I cannot get sky go to work from my laptop. changes require me to use Aero Zero themes in order to get it to work but I added Aero themes and it does not work for me

Where did you get the app from try removing it and downloading it from here.

My experience is exactly the same. Sky Go was working perfectly on my PC - running on Windows 7. I upgraded to Windows 10, and I cannot get Sky Go working.

I have tried all the suggestions on Sky community, like uninstalling and re-installing, removing files from AppData files, turning off Firewall for Sky Go, downloading Aero and Translucent TB for Windows 10.

I am not completely out of ideas to resolve this problem.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I have the issue in reverse it workes fine on my Win 10 machine but on an old Win 7 Ultimate machine I get this error.
