    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just cut and paste this comment from a previous user as the exact same has happened to me:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started the app and it came up with a message saying the software was corrupt or words to that effect and I had to reinstall the app. Once the app was reinstalled it just comes up with a black/blank window and hangs, no error messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've looked online for solutions, i.e. disabling Cisco Videoguard but this does not appear in the control panel as a running process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has been working fine for the last month so assuming it is an update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I try to install an older version I get the corrupt message again after the 'Loading update' message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing else has changed on my laptop - Fujitsu&lt;/P&gt;</description>
