Sky go not working on ps4

Hi all

I've recently been a sky customer last week and I've been trying to set up sky tv on my ps4 but any time I go into one of the channels it says " you will need to be a sky tv customer with the relevant package to watch this program." I have the sky go package so I don't understand why this isn't working for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated

At the very leasy you would need Sky Go Extra on your account, are you a Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream customer ?

Sky Go is for PCs, mobiles, tablets etc.. for Games consoles you need Sky Go Extra or equivalent

I am set up for sky go extra. I've only received my viewing card today and the box itself won't be installed until Monday would I have to wait for the box to be installed or is there anything else I can do to fix this issue?

Hi @NoGo7890,

Our Product Lead for Sky Go has seen your issue and noted that Sky Go on consoles isn't available until the account is active so this would be the reason for you not being able to access it yet. It's different to Sky Go on mobiles and desktop as they get a period of time where this is available before account activation.

It wasn't something I was aware of before nor would our Superusers have been aware of so a learning curve for all of us.
