Get above error when trying to access downloaded content.

Do you have Sky Go Extra on your account as this is required before being able to view downloaded content.

@caesarome I should have, I've downloaded and watched programmes offline before, unless Sky have recently changed something

Turn the Wi-Fi or data connection if in your device then reboot your device. When it has loaded back up turn the Wi-Fi or data connection back on and see it is then works for you.
