Error code 3-2 Sky Go won’t work

Any suggestions.? Sky Go sending message Error 3-2, suggests re onnecting to the internet, which I've do e. BBC iPlayer and ITV X working perfectly, so I cannot understand it.

Turn the Wi-Fi or data connection if in your device then delete the app and reboot your device. When it has loaded back up turn the Wi-Fi or data connection back on and install the app again.

I have done this and it made no difference. Sky go working fine on other devices but not on my A8 Tablet which has always worked up till now, was bought from Sky and has a Sky Mobile SIM in it...any other ideas?

Deleted Skygo app. Installed again and it worked! Thank you
