Sky Go iphone app error

My sky go isn't working on Apple devices saying "sorry something went wrong. Because if a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. please try again later". I have deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times and not using any ad blockers etc. Is there anyone that can help out? Thanks

Had it been working for you previously and the fault has just started or has it never worked for you ?

It was working previously then stopped working

Are you using the private relay function on your phone ?
