Sky Error Code 0-01: How can I fix it?

Hi, am getting the dreaded Error Code 0-01 while trying to watch Sky Go on my Android phone.

I can't see the answers in the previous answers on this topic. Can someone help? (ideally a super-user or someone from Sky).

Are you logged in with the correct Sky ID so if you have returned to Sky after being away for a year or more you would need to setup a new ID as the previous one will have been closed,
