&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Code 1304 in Ireland</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I just signed up for Sky Glass, the tv has not yet arrived but I figured I'd give the app a whirl. I downloaded the Sky Go app onto my windows laptop, when I attempt to watch something I get the error code 1304.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I googled this code and it seems to be due to a postcode not being included in my address. However when I go to my account and attempt to update my address to add my postcode, I get a something went wrong error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried going to this link but it just redirects to the sky home page&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
