I have a sky mobile for my son and he is old enough to manage his own data. Is there a way that I can transfer the mobile part to a secondary ID?

I'm afraid not but he can also login using your settings and will be able to access the mobile part. I'm not sure if he will be able to access the mobile part if you setup a secondary account but you could give it a try ?
