I launched the Sky app on xbox 360 and when it opens it comes up with the message below.

Sky Service Temporarily Unavailable

Sorry, Sky service isn't available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status

I have reached out to Xbox but they have told me to contact the app developed being Sky but can't find anybody to reach out to on the subject and can't find anything in the guides to help with this issue.

app works fine on the xbox account on xbox one and there is a spare slot for another device.

The TV from Sky app was recently replaced by Sky Go, I doubt Sky support Xbox 360 with the new app and guess the old app is now defunct
