having same problem as a lot of other people just keep getting this message

you can't use sky go on this device yet.You'll need a sky Q multiscreen sky glass whole home or sky go extra subscription to access sky go on this device any advice please

Sky Go Extra is NOT an app, it is an extra monthly subscription that allows downloading and use on GAMES Consoles

To be clear @coolcol Sky Go Extra is required for the Sky Go app to work on your console, this is package that can cost either £0 or £5 per month so to get it added you will need to call Sky who will look into the best option to get it added to your account.
