Hi,

I've just yesterday placed an order for Sly Glass...I have since read that Sky Go is not available with Sky Glass??? Why!?!? We are paying for a subscription the same as SkyQ.

looks like I will be cancelling straight away within the cooling off period. Does anybody know a way around this?

I work away most of the time and Sky Go is the main reason for me having Sky at all

Sky Go is a streaming service gived to it's non-streaming customers, Sky Glass is a streaming service already so you will already get the content Sky Go provides

Yes I understand they are both streaming. But that doesn't answer my question of why I cannot watch my paid subscriptions on my phone when travelling but SkyQ customers can??

Sky Glass/Stream customers can use Sky Go. They just can't add to the playlist via the app.
