Unable to watch Sky Go

Hello, I am unable to play any content on sky go. I receive this message:

'Sky currently not available. Try again later. Code:1304'

How can I get the app to work so I can watch TV on my laptop?

A few questions:

Is this happening when you try to watch anything or just live TV ?

Are you new to Sky so this issue has just started to occur ?

Are you someone who was previously with Sky and returned after being away for 12 months or more ?

Hi @caesarome- your questions prompted me to realise that I was signed in on my old account which is why the Sky Go app wasn't working. I've sorted it now, thank you!
