cant log into sky go on PC

I can get in to sky go on my phone but when i put my sky email and password in on the pc it says its wrong so i click on forgotton password and the insturctions look like the are in Russian or mongolian. help please

Even when i try to register as a new user, the instructions are on mongolian as shown below

That's not a Sky UK link: the domain address ends with the .mn country code

It's almost certainly either a scam or a product/service that has a similar name but no association with Sky Group (a division of Comcast)

The my.skygo.mn domain is registered to Skytel Group (a mobile network provider in Mongolia) rather than Sky Group

Skytel LLC (MN) has an app in the Apple App Store called 'SkyGO', which is definitely not 'Sky Go' developed by Sky UK Limited.

I'm guessing the login page and password reset option you've found 'on the pc' belongs to the Mongolian service. Be aware that if they are logging entries there then you've probably given away your Sky-registered email address, Sky username and Sky password.

Also note that Sky Go on a PC is downloaded and locally installed software, not in-browser streaming.
