Please help: Error message:'There was a problem playing this content, please try again. Error [1.12]

When I try to use Sky Go there is a message on the screen which says 'There was a problem playing this content, please try again. Error [1.12]

Tried everything. Customer Services bot totally unhelpful. No number given to speak to a human.

Is your device a Samsung one and if so does it work when on a Wifi connection ?

Yes, it is Samsung tablet and works with Wifi.

There have been a few other reports from other people with a Samsung device so I would suggest emailing the apps team to let them know - apps@sky.uk

Give them as much details as you can about your device including what version of Android it is running.
