BT Sport Sky Go Xbox App

I am having issues watching any of the BT Sports channels on the Sky Go App on my Xbox Series X.

It tells me when I try to watch any of the channels that I need to upgrade. But as a part of my Sky VIP service I have a BT Sport's subscription and have zero issues watching any of those channels on the main TV in the house.

Advice?

As you have a gaming console then you need o have Sky Go Extra on your account, it can sometimes be added for no monthly charge via Sky VIP or if you are a Multiscreen customer so you will need to call Sky to ask them to add it for you.
