I'm afraid not, you just have to remember which Sky ID is assigned against each Sky+ box.

I have two sky + boxes (multiroom). Following the note on discontinuing the sky+ app the advice is to use the Sky Go app to schedule remote recordings and downloads. Please can anyone advise as to how you connect Sky Go to 2 different sky+ boxes - I can use an independent dedicated device to connect to each independently if necessary.

The only way to do it it to set up another Sky ID then swap between the two so one of the IDs is linked to one box and the other to the other box. The will mean that you will have to keep logging into and out of the app.
