Skygo not loading content on android phone

Have had skygo for 3 months now and still haven't managed to watch anything yet,keep getting error 1.12 coming up,have cleared cache and uninstalled and installed app over 20 times, not quite sure what I'm paying for when even watching a simple game of football is impossible

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
