I have installed the sky go app on my xbox one, I get most channels but can't access BBC channels at all.

I have the relevant subscriptions. Thanks

The BBC channels are not on the Sky Go app as the BBC the,selves refuses to allow them to be added as they want us to use their iplayer app instead to access them which is what you will need to do.

When I spoke with a sky advisor I was advised to uninstall & reinstall again.

I was hoping to have all channels under one app but not possible.
