my sky go is not working error code 0-1, this is the first time ive used and i am a new customer

A few questions:

Has your TV service been installed and activated ?

Do you subscribe to whatever you are trying to watch or do you get this error on all content and the live tv channels ?

Yes it has all just been done this morning and the box is working fine its the go app on both mobile and pc that isnt and giving me the error code on an channel and programme even ITV and those ones and to get in touch with custyomer services which i am unable to as im deaf. Ine of the engineers who came tried to sort it for me but couldnt due to time.

What Inwould do is to leave it for 24 hours as it can take this time for apps like the Sky Go app to update after the TV has been activated so if this time tomorrow you are still having the same issue then post back on here as we can arrange help for you via this forum as there is a chat service they will use to contact you. The chances are sometime before then you might find it starts working for you.

Left it till now as had a few home life problems and couldnt get to this. and still not working on either pc or mobile so i have no idea how to sort this out any help form anyone would be greatfully received

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
