To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

it has been a wikle now when ever i try to watch sky go on my pc i get message saying code 1404 i tried to talk to someone on the phone but it was not helpful can we find the answer to this please

As you can see above I alerted Skys Messaging team to your post here but apparently you didn't respond to the chat invite which is available via this page so do you want them alerting again about this issue and if so will you be able to respond ?
