Error code DO-0 when trying to download to Mac

I've just installed Sky Go on my Mac. I can watch live TV fine, but I am constantly getting error code DO-0 when trying to download to computed. OS is up to date, I've tried signing out and back in again, still doesnt work. Wifi connection is fine. Any ideas?

If you are trying to download do you have. Sky Go Extra on your account as this is needed before you can do this,

Thanks for the quick response. No I dont... I have Sky Stream and whole home subscription, and just assumed that would be enough. Is Sky Go Extra a separate app?

As a Whole Home customer you can get Sky Go Extra added to your account for free to give Sky a call to do this.
