exact same problem here..fine on phone using 5g but not on laptop or pc which both have different ip address and are not vpn

Having the same issue here; is infuriating. Any idea why it is working via 4g but not wifi? No VPN here either.

Same problem here, Can watch via 4/5G but not through Wi-Fi, Been in touch with Sky and it's a new issue that doesn't yet have a resolution.

Have just repeated what I did earlier by shutting off router and unplugging, leave for a minute then plug back in also delete & reinstall sky go app on iPad........ All now works fine! Not sure why this didn't work earlier when I did it but now all good!
