Skky Go App Suttering/Jumping

I'm having a problem which only affect me some times.

I have a multi monitor setup, normally have Sky go open on one monitor and will be gaming on the other. I'm finding it some games the Sky go app goes all stutterie/jumpy, when I tab out of the game, the Sky go app goes nice and smooth, this only affect some games tho not all.

Yes my system is powerfull enough for it, if anything overkill so can emlimiate that

I had a similar "stutt - stutt - stutt - stutter" which corrected itself after a few seconds, was convinced the PC spec was fine, I bought a new PC and Win 11, and all good now.
