We are trying to unblock the SkyGo app for Mac on our school firewall. Please can you let me know what Ports you use and also if you have a list of IPs or URLs that we can add to make this work.

Unfortunately, I am unable to see what is being blocked from our logs.

We allow standard Internet traffic, 80 and 443 and this does not seem to be enough.

If you're sitting behind a Smoothwall appliance (typically in place for 'Prevent' compliance and safeguarding requirements) then I've been trying to get Go to function through one of those for about five years...
