Cant download purchases on laptop

I am trying to download a purchase from my recordings on my laptop through sky go but it is giving me an error code of : 1510-IH. This shouldnt be happening i think because we have a sky mini box as part of our subscription

Is this a Sky Store title that you purchased that you are trying to download to the Sky Go app ?

I'm not sure you can do this, if you want to watch your purchase on your PC/laptop then you can install the desktop application from here and then watch them via it:
