Sky go on ps5 not working now

The sky go app is now no longer working on my ps5 after a year of using it with no issues. Says I have to upgrade to sky go extra even though I've been using for a while. Anyone know how I can solve this so I can use it like I have been doing?

We sky VIP customers and I have seen some discussion where people are adding sky go extra as a reward but I don't seem to have that option but people are saying they can still add it, how is this done? Is there a way of doing this online?

A few questions:

What TV package do you have, Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream and do you have multiscreen (with Sky Q) or the Whole Home package (with Sky Glass/Stream ?

Do you have Sky Go Extra on your account ?

We're sky Q and I don't see sky go extra anywhere and I don't see it on the VIP rewards either.

You would need to call Sky and ask them to add it for you. You might qualify for it as a free VIP reward (they can look into this for you) otherwise there is a monthly charge of £5 for it. It is also free if you have a multiscreen sub.
