skygo playstation 5 now doesnt work

i have sky glass with the entertainment package and broadband

sky go works with my phone and tablet for live tv and box sets. i put it on my ps5 and it worked the same i could watch live and box sets

recently it has stopped working, it now asks that i use sky go extra, but it doesnt ask for that on my phone or ipad, i tried the app on my laptop and it was fine, only on my ps5, but it did work a few weeks ago. ive not had sky for month yet and one of the features doesnt work

i put something on here about it but it wasnt escalated.

i called sky and they said i need wholehome (the agent didnt really sound too convincing and couldnt answer me when i said it was working a couple of weeks ago)

looking at some posts on here and it says that it needs to be reset but the agent said that couldnt be done, but didnt explain why

any help?

With Sky Glass you need the Whole Home package and also Sky Go Extra as Sky Go Extra on it's own will not allow you access to the app on a console like your PS5 without having the correct subscripition with Sky Glass.

Sky Go Extra is not required for accessing the app on tab;ets, phones and computers etc...

You’ll need a Sky Multiscreen or Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home subscription.

How long have you been a Sky Glass customer and when did it stop working as all I can think of is while you are waiting installation Sky does give you free access to everything via Sky Go then when installation occurs you do need the relevant subscriptions.

About 5 weeks

it worked after the installation for about 2 weeks, every day without fail

Not sure then as you have had 2 weeks without the correct subscriptions being in place so I guess the system has caught up now.

It worked for me for tha past year (PS4 app on PS5) but recently it said I needed the PS5 app, now neither work.

What a pain.
