Until last week I could get bbc1 London on the sky app on my iPad. We have sky+ not Q. I am not using SkyGo but just sky app to change channel from armchair instead of handset when it goes missing. Do hope I have explained this clearly! The channel does show on the tv list though! Just a nuisance.

There does seem to be an issue with BBC 1 London on 101 so if it doesn't show on 801 another way to change the channel via the Sky+ app is to bring up the remote control screen which you can do by pressing on the icon second from the right at the top of the page next to the search icon (the magifying glass), then press on keypad and type in 101.

Thanks for relying. I have done as suggested but I got a response saying "you cannot tune to this channel" Odd since it was top of the list before last Sunday and is still at top of list on tv

Do you have channel 801 in your TV Guide so can you use this ?

Yes I do but.................. I do like to see my most used channels altogether so I can choose and plan on the same page. Have done that for years and suddenly cannot. We very elderly folk dodo change very well. Thanks for you help.
