Ps5 sky go not working, error on login

Hi, since the new sky go app launched on PS5 I can't seem to get it to work.

I've logged in with correct details but constantly met with a message "something went wrong. Please try again" when I press to try again the same message just pops back. There is an error code a18b42e2

my sign in is correct as I've got it to work through mobile hotspot but this happens when I'm on the Wi-Fi.

Was all working fine with the previous TV from sky app, just since the new sky go app launched.

would appreciate any help.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Now working, needed to reload app on mobile hotspot, sign out, sign back in with email address not the username. Back onto WiFi and logged in
