    <description>&lt;P&gt;And to add there have been no recent changes to my account or subscriptions or anything like that. The only change was updating the ps5 app which obviously I now wish I could go back and undo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can't log in now after the update today. Says I need sky go multiscreen, sky glass or sky go extra. I have sky go extra, double checked with customer service phone agent and he says I do defintely have it . All other devices are working fine. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc and have removed old ps5 device as a last resort to "make room" but nothing works. Now have just 4 registered devices of the available 6. Spoke to sky customer service but they said they need to wait on Sony fixing it which seems a bit ridiculous. Don't do the update if you want to continue watching on ps5&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not Sonys fault that Sky broke their app in an update, but it does take some time to process any further updates if Sky have indeed pushed one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My PS5 just updated and I have the same problem. Completely locked out of the app, even after using their ridiculous keyboard to input the right account details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully others read this in time and DO NOT UPDATE their app on PS5.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
