Hi,

When trying to watch a sky store movie I bought on my sky' Q Box my son a trying to watch on the Sky Go App on the Xbox I contacted. Sky and was told I have the sky go extra and to delete the app and re instal but it is still not giving me the option to watch my movies I have bought or recorded any ideas why this won't let me

It isn't possible to watch Sky Store movies via the Sky Go app as these are the devices you can use to watch a Buy and Keep film on:

PC/Mac
Android/iOS using the Sky Store app
NOW TV and Roku
LG Smart TV (WebOS3 or above)
