Sky Go downloads for iPhone are permanently queued

I've been trying to download Sky Go content onto my phone to watch offline but everything I try to download just says 'queued' and won't start downloading.

I know some apps need WiFi to download unless you specifically tell it to use data, but I can't see any setting to change this in the Sky Go app

I might be wrong but I think you can only download when on a Wi-Fi connection so have you tried this ?

Just sit there queued and will not start to download.

Just got one download requested.
