Hello,

Can any one shed some light as I'm confused..... so I'm a new customer to sky waiting for engineer to install my sky q box.

My package contains

Sky Signature,
Netflix Basic,
Ultimate TV Add on,
Sky Cinema,
Multiscreen

I've not orderd sports but on my email receipt it says sports and cinema so I've phoned sky they confirmed I have no sport package but I'm able to get sky sports and bt sports on my sky go can someone shed some light on this?

@Hayden90 this is normal. Until your Sky Q box is installed, Sky give access to everything I guess as a sort of tempter..

Hi @Hayden90 It is so you can see what you will be missing when your subscription proper starts.
