Sky go not working on ps5

Downloaded sky go on my ps5 and it's not working when I click to watching something it's says I need to purchase the sky go extra package. I'm signed in on my phone and iPad and it's working but not on ps5

To be able to access content on your console you do need Sky Go Extra, this is not needed to use the app on a phone or iPad.

If you give Sky a call they will look into the best way to get it added to your account.

I got a phone call of someone from sky yesterday and they told me I was able to download and watch sky go on the PlayStation with the package I've got

They could well be wrong so give them a call.
