Unable to watch football on sky go via my phone even though I can watch formula 1 ?

Can you tell me why I can access formula 1 through the sky go app and watch live but cannot watch live football on the sky go app shows a padlock and only allows me to record to the television all other channels can be viewed through sky go besides premier football

Is this Sky Go app connected to your Sky Q box, if so what happens if you go into the settings on it and disconnect the connection so that it is just connected to your Wifi, does it now let you view the channel ?

Yes connected to sky Q Box i can watch other channels ok on my phone just not the football premier league it allows championship league football just shows a padlock saying upgrade required?
