Once again problems recording this program onto sky q box.

series 5 episode 10 will not download.

How are you tried to download it, are you using the Sky Go app and if some what is happening as you haven't said ?

Will it download directly from your Sky Q box ?

When I try and download using the app on my iPad nothing happens. I will try directly on the box tonight.

Can you set other recordings or downloads via the app on your ipad and if not has this been happening since your Sky Q box was installed ?

The recordings are now on my box even though the iPad app doesn't show them. Other programs download to box okay.
