unable to download sky go onto my hp laptop

I cannot download sky go onto my new hp laptop. I had an old computer and it worked fine on there but this new one does not accept it for some reason. Can anyone help

What is happening when you try to download the Sky Go app as you haven't said ?

You need to change a settings on your Windows PC to allow you to install from other links, to do this go to Settings > Home > Apps > Apps & Features and make sure the drop down box under "Choose where to get apps from" to Anywhere.

Apps - Advanced Apps settings - share across device settings - i then gives me the option to log into windows from my phone?? I m really not sure what i'm doing now I'm on Windows 365 is that any difference then?
