Sky go Extra on PS4

So I believe I have activated sky go extra on my account through the MySky app but when I'm trying to use the app on my PS4 it is just giving me the message "To watch this programme you will need to purchase the Sky Go Extra package."

Any help would be great

Was it today you activated it, if so it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to fully activate on your account.

I activated it a few weeks ago now so I would have thought it would be active.

I agree so give Sky a call so they can look into it for you.
