&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow&amp;nbsp;regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting this message when trying to download programmes on the SKY Go desktop app (Windows 10 laptop) "Remote Download Failed etc.&amp;nbsp; Error code RD-0"&lt;BR /&gt;It was working ok, so I'm wondering if the latest app update has messed something up?&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried all the steps in the help guide but nothing works.&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone else had this issue recently and managed to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
