My sky go app has asked me to update on my Amazon fire tablet. When I click on the update button nothing happens. I have deleted the app and gone to download the app again and it won't download its as if it's frozen. I pay €150 a month for sky tv and broadband and this is not good enough. I have never had an issue with the sky go app before. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hve you tried a reboot of your tablet ?

Yeah I've tried that. Tried turning off the tablet, rebooting etc and it just doesn't download its like it's froze. Usually you see it downloading with the percentage of how much it's downloading but it stays at zero

It downloads not a bother on my iPhone so it has to be something to do with the Amazon fire tablet I guess

It's the same on my mates Amazon fire tablet too. Where it was never a bother before it's only since we've been asked to update the software

I got the exact same issue, did anyone manage to fix this. Mines just stuck on a zero download state.

I can't download on my fire tablet either. I click on download and nothing happens.
