Hi there

I'm getting the above error message on two different devices when trying to watch live TV.

I'm connected to public WiFi and am using Android App

Can you try a mobile data connection or your own Wi-Fi network at home ?

I can't get mobile data where I am so I'm having to use the free WiFi. Works for browsing the Internet but not Sky Go

My guess is it is something to do with the Wi-Fi you are connected to. I suppose a reboot doesn't fix it ?

No joy with a reboot..

It would be good to know what the error meant.

I have no idea what this error means but have seen old posts on here saying that one way around it is start watch the content on mobile data (I know you have said you can't) then switch to Wifi.

Trying g to watch sky go but error comes up instead you can't even complain about it on here. Where are the sky staff for advice

I am now getting this error and am unable to watch anything on the Sky Go app at home. I am using Three's 5G Home Broadband.

I have this problem. My tablet works at home but not at my other location. I keep getting the erro message above . My other tablet works fine in both loations. Could it be that I'm trying to use a Kindle Max?

Hi I turned off Wi-fi and it worked on mobile data ☺️
