topic sky stream navigation difficult for elderly in Sky Accessibility

Please make Sky Stream easier for older customers to use

Sky Stream makes it unnecessarily difficult to navigate and yet to the tv guide. Having to press several buttons just to reach the TV Guide is confusing, particularly for elderly users.

Once in the Guide, the large category menus and transparent layout also make it harder to see and navigate. I would strongly suggest:

A dedicated TV Guide button on the remote, or the ability to assign one.

A simpler, non-transparent TV Guide layout.

A permanently visible, compact list of categories rather than large tiles that only appear when scrolling.

Ideally, a simple "easy tv" mode designed for older and less technically confident customers.

Sky has clearly put a lot of thought into accessibility, but accessibility should include simplicity and ease of navigation, not just visual and audio assistance.
