why does sky atlantic not have subtitles on some programmes in catchup and on demand.

i was watching zero zero zero and forgot to record second episode. when i tried to get in catch up there where no subtitles

Hi @c+schunker Sorry I missed this message when you posted it. Has it been resolved for you? I just checked now on my own device and it says episode 2 has subtitles.

sorry for delay getting back. no is the answer. there are subtitles in the recorded episodes but none in the on demand full series ones

Just so I have full details to go to the team with:

Is this on your sky Q box or on Sky Go or both?

Is the "S" badge appearing on the episode's programme info, but no subtitles are present when played? Or is the "S" badge also missing?
