    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered sky april 30th april installation never arrived went to wrong address&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1st may next date cancelled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5th may arrived broke cable under house. No phone no tv no internet and cannot charge my car it needs to be connected to internet. Been without everything from tuesday. Call centre appalling. Told them i am disabled and car is how i get about&lt;/P&gt;</description>
