    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's 2026 and im still getting this on the website now, can't access anything without getting that message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having the error message "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account." For over 3 months and it's not good enough &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3810725"&gt;@Sky&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sky . &amp;nbsp;I can see people have been having this issue for a year !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is not good customer service and it's a very bad customer experience !! If this isn't resolved I will be taking my custom elsewhere . In 2024 we shouldn't be needing to use the phone to manage accounts !&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;only want to add an additional line&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been getting the same thing for over a year now. been onto Sky for many hours and given up. THey end up saying to browse products while logged out and the call them to place an order and they will tell youthe bespoke offer for you. NOT THE POINT! I want to know why my account is coming up as a Status error, worrying!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
