    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am deaf, and even with hearing aids I cannot hear programmes clearly, and rely entirely on sub titles. Today the sub titles apeear to be switched off. I have checked my TV settings which are set for sub titles. I need the sub titles back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
