It might be worth sending an email to the Viewer Relations team at Sky and asking them about this - viewerR@sky.uk

I am recording 'Outrageous' that is being shown on U&Drama. They have assured me that subtitles are available on every episode. I have contacted a friend and she does indeed have all episodes subtitled. I have them on the first 3 of 5 'available' episodes. It appears that the captions only seem to be available after an episode has been shown. I've never come across this before. U&Drama suggest this could be due to the platform I'm using (Sky). Can anyone explain this? Thanks
