Supplying power of attorney access code to Sky

Hi I have power of attorney for my mother and want to send an access code to Sky as I need to act on behalf of my 86 year old mother who has onset of dementia?

Any idea how I contact them as I am not a customer and my mother has forgotten all her sign in details?

Thanks I have sent an email to the address in the link provided.

We are trying to send Sky an electronic code which allows them to review the Power of Attorney details online rather than sending original paperwork by post which will take ages.
