      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the past I've always been able to use the online Sky Messenger service to communicate with the Accessibility Team about my subscriptions, etc. I AM registered with the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility#get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility#get-in-touch&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I find that it constantly says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, Sky Messenger is currently unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try one of our other contact options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Opening hours:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Mon-Fri&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;09:00-17:00,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Sat&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;09:00-16:00&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Has this service been withdrawn?&amp;nbsp; How am I meant to contact Sky about my subscription without using a telephone?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1.jpg" style="width: 579px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/108453iC2AD9CA756697D34/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="1.jpg" alt="1.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
